International Medical Village - Maria Dulcina Hospital

Gillespie Residence Hall at Harris-Stowe State University
The new 82,000-square-foot Gillespie Residence Hall at Harris-Stowe State University is the first student-housing facility at the university since its founding 150 years ago. The new residence hall offers an opportunity for students to live on campus, which opens the door for more students from across the country or internationally to attend the university. The 57,000-square-foot, four-story student-housing center can accommodate approximately 228 people, and its 25,000-square-foot student center includes a campus bookstore, computer lab, study area, student activities offices, large conference room, health and counseling suite, and restrooms.
Cross County Collaborative/Metrolink - Facilities 3 & 5
This project is an 8.1-mile addition to the St. Louis Light Rail System. The project starts at the Forest Park Station, extends westward to Clayton, MO, and then southward to Shrewsbury, MO. The alignment contains underground, grade, and aerial sections along with nine new stations.
Gateway Classic Sports Foundation
Mr. Sanon served as the contracting agent to solicit, recommend, and authorize pre-construction surveys, site plans, and other required constructional reports as needed for the $12 million community center. Included in Mr. Sanon’s scope were the design program, schedule for design and cost analysis; necessary contracts, construction scheduling, estimating and construction administration.
Webster University Emerson Library
Emerson Library is a state-of-the-art facility featuring the latest in information technology, including multimedia facilities, a reference commons, electronic classroom and 24-hour cybercafé. Mr. Sanon, as part of a joint venture, provided leadership on this development, which was part of the first phase of Webster University’s 20-year campus expansion plan.
Harris-Stowe State University - Early Childhood Development and Parenting Education Center
The 50,000-square foot Early Childhood Development and Parenting Education Center on the campus of Harris-Stowe State University was designed to to improve the quality of early child care and education programs in the area. Mr. Sanon served as Program Manager on this and all of Harris-Stowe’s capital improvement projects.
St. Louis Public Schools Capital Improvement Program
This project is a $160 million school capital improvement program. As part of a joint venture team, Mr. Sanon provided services throughout the planning, design, and construction process to assure the best value was achieved both on time and within budget. Mr. Sanon performed budget reviews, schedule reviews and drawing reviews throughout the construction document phase, as well as performed construction administration duties. Additionally, Mr. Sanon conducted meetings and coordinated with the design architects, St. Louis Public School architects, school principals and the St. Louis Public School Planning Office.
Washington University Small Group Housing
The Small Group Housing is a four-building masonry struction on the Washington University campus. Mr. Sanon assisted in preparing construction and submittal proposals, obtained permits and performed construction administration.
Washington University Snow Way Garage
The Snow Way Garage is a four-level parking garage on the Washington University campus. Mr. Sanon assisted in preparing construction and submittal proposals, obtained permits and performed construction administration.
